Aged torch-on membrane laps can lift or curl over time. Storm Roofing inspects seams, reburning affected laps and sealing them with suitable products to restore watertight integrity.
Where thermal movement occurs across tile ridges or wall joints, we use a reinforced synthetic membrane embedded in compatible flexible waterproofing compound, avoiding short-term non-flexible patches.
Parapet and wall junctions are vulnerable to driving rain. We use compatible waterproofing membranes at roof-to-wall junctions to help prevent moisture entry.
